AUTHENTIC RELATING
“Authentic Relating is the art of meeting each other without the masks we forget we’re wearing.”
What is Authentic Relating
Authentic Relating is a relational practice that helps us connect from truth rather than habit.
It’s about creating spaces where people feel safe enough to show up as they are, speak from real experience, and listen with presence.
When we do this, connection becomes something we feel, not something we perform.
My workshops and gatherings offer simple, structured ways to meet others in a deeper, more grounded way.
Through interactive exercises, paired activities, and group explorations, we strengthen communication skills, build trust, and grow our capacity to be with one another — and ourselves — with more clarity and ease.
HOW IT WORKS
As a facilitator, I guide groups through practices that support:
honest self-expression
active, attuned listening
genuine curiosity
self-awareness and emotional presence
vulnerability that feels safe, not forced
The intention is to create an environment where people can explore themselves in connection with others. No pressure, no performance — just clear frameworks that make authentic connection feel accessible and nourishing.
Conscious Speed Dating
I co-created and hosted the Conscious Speed Dating series in Puerto Escondido for years to help the community meet in ways that feel meaningful, honest, and refreshingly human.
Themed events
I organise and facilitate themed Authentic Relating with the core the purpose of all events is to create deeper connection to yourself while connecting with others. Scheduled events announced on my Instagram @andalso.jel
Bespoke events
If you are running a retreat, a workshop or an event where you are bringing people together and want to encourage them to connect in authentic ways, I’d be happy to build a bespoke programme suited to your needs.
Hi, I am
Jelena
I’m trained in Authentic Relating through ART International and have been guiding relational spaces for several years across workshops, retreats, and community gatherings.
My background includes IFS-informed inner work, somatic practices, and breathwork facilitation, and Authentic Relating is the thread that ties it all together.
It’s the foundation that shapes how I hold groups — inviting people to meet themselves in connection with others, to listen with presence, and to express what’s true without performance.
Whether I’m guiding a retreat, a breathwork journey, or a relational exercise, my focus is on creating grounded spaces where real human connection becomes possible and where people can feel themselves more clearly through the relationships around them.
