Step Up

A 12-WEEK ACCELERATOR FOR FACILITATORS AND SPACE HOLDERS

STRATEGY. INNER WORK. TRAUMA-INFORMED FACILITATION

Running a business in service asks for more than skills or strategy. It asks for integrity and the safety inside of you.

You have the training. You have the skills. You are working with people.

What stalls the growth is not strategy. It is the part of your nervous system that has not yet agreed it is safe to hold something bigger.

STEP UP works on that. Business strategy for facilitators, inner work, and trauma-informed principles of space holding, taught in parallel.

When the three meet, capacity grows. And the work grows with it.

Imagine this ______

// Your work and your income are consistent.

// You have stopped undercharging and started pricing in a way that reflects what you actually deliver.

// You know who you serve and what problem you solve.

// You can hold what arises in your room without getting dysregulated, knowing what is yours and what to refer on.

// The parts of you that were scared to be seen have been met, not bypassed.

// You are building alongside other facilitators who understand this path.

"Two months ago, I was overwhelmed, unclear, and stuck. Now, I feel confident in my vision, clear on my next steps, and proud of what I'm building. STEP UP gave me the clarity, support, and momentum I deeply needed."

- Aga, London @fromwithin.aga
Aga now teaches signature Aroma Yoga classes in London, leads women's circles, runs retreats and coaches clients to find clarity and calm. She built this inside STEP UP.

What is STEP UP?

STEP UP is a 12-week accelerator for facilitators ready to build a sustainable practice.

The principles of trauma-informed facilitation shape how you stay regulated through the building of a practice that depends on your nervous system.

It is structured around three tracks taught in parallel: business strategy, inner work, and trauma-informed facilitation.

Most business courses ignore the capacity layer. STEP UP is built around it.

01
Business Strategy

The work of building a sustainable practice. Vision, niche, offerings, systems, visibility, and planning.

02
Trauma-Informed Facilitation

The principles that make your work safe, your scope clear, and your clients trust you.

03
Inner Work

IFS parts work and mentorship that meets the patterns underneath your business and your facilitation.

This is for you if…

// You are working as a facilitator, coach, therapist, somatic practitioner, breathwork guide, ceremony holder, or space holder in any modality

// You hold the safety and integrity of your work as non-negotiable

// You take the responsibility of holding space seriously

// You are done playing small and ready to build alongside other facilitators who understand this path

// You are undercharging, mixing inconsistent income streams, or wondering if this can sustain you

// You carry stories about market saturation, visibility, or worthiness, and you are ready to rewrite them

// You want business strategy built around the way facilitation actually works, with the trauma-informed and inner work layers most programmes skip

The 12-Week Journey

13 weekly calls, all at 6pm CET, running between 2 and 2.5 hours. Begins with a welcome week on Tuesday 4 August.
One week the call is business strategy. The next week, facilitation and inner work. Across twelve weeks, your business and your facilitation practice come into alignment together, the way they were always meant to.

The Business Track

The work of building a sustainable practice. Each week delivers a live lesson, a workbook, and concrete implementation steps.

A note on the rhythm. The themes below give us the shape of the 13 weeks. The order and the subjects may shift as we go. STEP UP is a living, breathing organism, and I stay in tune with what is alive in the group. Some weeks we may sit longer with a theme, change the order, or bring in a subject that is more relevant to where the group is. The schedule holds the structure, and the group sets the pace.

The Facilitation and Inner Work Track

Six live calls, each dedicated to one of the topics most facilitator trainings skip. Every call closes with live IFS work and mentorship, so you leave with the principle and the personal layer underneath it.

Most business programmes work on strategy and leave the rest of you behind.

The visibility plan does not land because a part of you is scared to be seen. The pricing does not hold because a part of you does not yet believe you are worth it. The rooms don’t fill because there is a part of you that is afraid you won’t be able to hold it.

STEP UP views it holistically. Strategy, the inner work underneath, and the trauma-informed principles that keep you steady through the building. Inside a cohort of facilitators doing the same.

Testimonials from training graduates

  • Marta | Certified Coach and Breathwork Facilitator

This training changes you at a cellular level, and with it, your capacity to hold space for others.

Jelena's work found me at a time when I was craving rigorous, experiential learning in trauma-informed facilitation, bodywork, and energetic attunement. Her training delivered exactly that, and honestly, much more. Jelena embodies a razor-sharp mind and a deeply empathetic and authentic heart. Integrity, professionalism, devotion, kindness, and love. All of it lives in the smallest of details.

  • Heather | Breathwork Facilitator

You don't just learn how to facilitate, you experience what it means to truly hold space.

That includes learning how to regulate your own nervous system, listen without fixing, stay present without needing to control the outcome, and trust the process instead of jumping to summarise or analyse it.

I left with a deeper awareness of breathwork and space holding, a greater capacity to sit with discomfort, and a more grounded, honest way of showing up for others.

  • Silke | Trauma-informed pelvic physiotherapist

This is not just a training. This is a life-altering experience that shapes you in a multitude of ways.

As a physiotherapist, I took home a lot of new perspectives and lessons that I will integrate into my work. This training gave me the insights to not only treat patients, but to hold space.

The biggest lesson for me was: what does it mean to hold space, and how to hold space. Jelena has a magic way of not only teaching, but inspiring.

Facilitated by Jelena

I know what it's like to feel the pull to share your gifts, and also feel completely stuck on how to actually build from them.

My first degree was in Business and Marketing, before I studied psychology.

When I followed the call toward wellness and entrepreneurship, I thought my business background would make it easier. It did not. Running a business in service asks for more than business. It asks for integrity, devotion, and the safety you build inside yourself and inside the people you work with.

I have supported thousands of people through retreats, workshops, trainings, and 1:1 work. I built a method, Expanded States Breathwork, and a training programme that has certified facilitators across the world.

After working with hundreds of facilitators in different settings, I started noticing the same pattern. People stalled in their business growth not because they lacked information, but because a part of them was not sure they could hold what came next. The pull to expand, paired with the sneaky fear of what might arise. Sometimes the block was inner. Sometimes there was a real gap in their training, in the trauma-informed layer.

Step Up exists because business strategy alone does not move that block. Neither does inner work alone. Neither does a trauma-informed module alone. The three need each other.

So Step Up is built across three tracks: strategy, the inner work to meet the patterns underneath, and the trauma-informed facilitation that makes your nervous system, and the nervous systems of the people you work with, safe enough for the practice to grow.

If you are ready to build something real, I would love to walk this path with you.

They said yes to Step Up. Now they're saying:

“Having an accountability partner, practical tools, and honest conversations helped me stop downplaying my vision and start acting on it.”

— Laura (Cyprus): Creating a retreat management consultancy.

“I found my fire again. Jelena blends grounded strategy with deep support. You don't just learn what to do — you start believing you can do it.”

— Varuna (USA): Teaching inner child healing and horse therapy.

“The course exceeded my expectations — honest, practical, and full of heart. If there was a continuation, I'd be the first to sign up.”

— Giulia (Italy): Building an app to help salsa dancers find classes.
