Trauma-informed Inner Work: IFS (Internal Family Systems), Breathwork and Human Design
My work bridges inner exploration with the tangible expression of what someone is here to create. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing and began my career in corporate banking, immersed in the structured world of strategy and performance. Yet alongside that path, a deeper curiosity was always present — a pull toward psychology, inner work, and the question of how people navigate life’s turning points.
Eventually, that quiet call became impossible to ignore. I left the life that once made sense on paper and followed the thread into breathwork, Human Design, Internal Family Systems, and the deeper work of personal transformation which I’ve been sharing for the last 5 years.
Through my own transitions, I’ve learned that building meaningful work begins with the courage to follow what feels true, even before the path is clear.

I’ve spent the last 18 years devoted to the art of relationship & the architecture of transformation. Though I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Interpersonal Communications, my poetic heart was always an artist first. Years later, I found a way to blend my passion for creative living with my mastery in language. I am well versed & experienced in exploring the edges of creativity, genius, communication, and transformation. After many years of meeting my own evolutionary thresholds, and taking risks, I now understand that to embrace a creative life is to choose courage over certainty.

The Evolution Room is designed as a focused creative field rather than a traditional training or strategy program. It blends creative exploration, deep reflection, and collaborative intelligence to help participants refine their work in a way that feels both authentic and actionable.

Many participants are entrepreneurs or facilitators already sharing their work, but what matters most is that you are actively creating something meaningful and feel ready to refine or evolve it.

The schedule rather intensive - and also we have 2 hour break during the day, and we finish reasonably early so that you can rest in the evening between the workshop days.

This is an intimate experience designed for depth and meaningful interaction. Spaces are intentionally limited to 12 people to maintain the quality of the group dynamic.
