My Journey: Navigating Life's Big Shifts
My journey has been marked by unexpected twists and turns. I was once thriving in London, working in Corporate Banking, with a seemingly “perfect” life—long-term partnership, properties, big city life. Then I experienced a dramatic shift after a devastating breakup on my honeymoon and subsequent burnout.
During this challenging period, I delved deep into personal growth. Through exploring various modalities such as Human Design, mindset work, somatic experiences, and IFS, I embarked on a profound journey of self-discovery.
I studied these tools with intense curiosity, initially without understanding why I felt so drawn to them. Eventually, armed with the knowledge and resilience gained from my experiences, I dedicated myself to helping others. Since 2021, I've worked with thousands of individuals through one-on-one sessions, workshops, and retreats. The consistent feedback I’ve received has solidified my belief in the transformative power of my approach. It’s a methodology designed to reconnect people with their inner wisdom and create a life filled with purpose.
