This practice stimulates the part of the brain associated with emotions, memory, and intuition, unlocking vivid imagery, deep emotional releases, and a sense of interconnectedness.
Breathwork can dissolve mental chatter, allowing you to connect with your subconscious and access clarity and insights beyond the analytical mind.
