BOLD&SEEN
A free workshop for facilitators and space holders, where the fear of being seen stops holding your work back.
Tuesday 23 June · 6pm CET
You can hold the deepest space for other people… so why does something close down the moment it is your turn to be seen?
What we'll move through together
This is a free 90-minute live masterclass. You will leave understanding the part of you that goes quiet when it is time to be visible, and with a practice you can use straight away.
How the fear of being seen tends to live in facilitators, in the small avoidances more than the big ones
Why the people most able to hold space for others are often the most hidden in their own work
The protective part underneath visibility fear, and what it has been trying to keep safe, through an IFS lens
A self-inquiry practice to meet that part with curiosity instead of force
A partner practice of being witnessed, so you feel what shifts in the body when you are seen and stay safe
Live Q&A at the end. Replay available only for purchase after.
This is for you if you do beautiful work with other people, and you have been avoiding the part where you let yourself be seen doing it.
POST BOLD & SEEN CLARITY
THIS IS FOR YOU IF…
// You are trained, and you know your craft, and you still stay small when it comes to your own visibility
// You can hold a room with ease, and then freeze at the thought of posting, launching, or saying plainly what you do
// You undercharge, or keep your offerings scattered, because being fully seen feels like too much
// You have done your inner work, and you still notice a part of you that would rather stay hidden
// You sense that your work cannot grow further until you can be seen without it costing you your nervous system
// You want to meet the fear with understanding, instead of pushing through it

I know the fear of being seen from the inside. I spent fifteen years in a corporate career in London before any of this, and when I felt the pull toward the work, a part of me was certain I would be too much, or not enough, the moment I stood in front of a room.
My first workshop was in Mexico, with sixteen people. That was the turning point. Since then I have guided thousands of people across Europe and Mexico, and built a business from nothing while learning to be visible inside it.
The fear of being seen is a part of you doing its job, the way a protector does. When you meet it the way you would meet a client, with curiosity and compassion, something softens… and your work can finally be as visible as it deserves to be.
