Elitsa Velikova is a psychologist and the Director of the Arts & Therapy Institute in Sofia, Bulgaria. She holds degrees in Psychology and Expressive Arts Therapy and has facilitated workshops, trainings, and therapeutic groups all over the world. Elitsa specializes in a wide range of psychological methods, including healing childhood trauma, holistic counselling, family therapy, self-awareness groups, and creative therapies. She has been a keynote speaker and facilitator in the USA, China, and throughout Europe, working with adults, children, and couples since 2004.

Jelena Holodkova is a certified Breathwork Practitioner, Human Design guide, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed practitioner. She combines somatic breathwork, systems work, and compassionate inquiry to help people navigate life transitions and reconnect with their deeper callings. Jelena has led transformative retreats, workshops, and 1:1 sessions supporting thousands through pivotal moments of change—helping them meet themselves with honesty, clarity, and trust. Not at all! In fact, coming solo is a powerful part of the journey. Many participants travel alone and find that this experience opens them up to new friendships and connections that often last long after the immersion ends.

No prior experience is needed. Each session is guided and explained in a way that’s accessible for all. You’ll be supported step-by-step, with space to go at your own pace and ask questions.

Yes, the programme is designed for all experience levels. Each workshop, breathwork session is adapted to meet you where you are. Whether you’re new to these practices or experienced, you’ll be guided and supported throughout.

Daily schedule is from 10am to 5pm with 1.5 hour lunch break during the day.
