what trauma-informed facilitation actually means.

A free live masterclass for facilitators, therapists, coaches, yoga teachers, and space holders.

MAY 21 · 6PM CET · Online via Zoom · Free

What does it actually mean to be trauma-informed — and does it change how you show up in the room?

What we'll move through together

This is a free 90-minute live masterclass. You'll leave with something concrete you can apply immediately, regardless of your modality.

  • What makes a genuinely good facilitator - and why it has less to do with technique than you might think

  • What trauma-informed actually means - and what it is not (this is the part most training skips)

  • The six principles of trauma-informed facilitation, explained plainly

  • What this looks like in a real session - specific, non-obvious, from years of practice

  • A short somatic exercise - so you feel this, not just understand it

Live Q&A at the end. Replay available for 5 days after.

This is for you if you hold space for people in any capacity — and you want to do it with more depth, more safety, and more compassionate understanding.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF…

// You work in yoga, coaching, therapy, somatics, breathwork, ceremony, energy work, or any other forms of facilitation

// You've heard the term trauma-informed but aren't sure what it actually requires of you in practice

// Your training may have been trauma-informed, but you are still lacking confidence and understanding of your scope as a facilitator

// You feel the gap between knowing techniques and truly holding space for what arises

// You want to deepen your work — not just add more tools to it

// You feel this is the layer which will allow you to go deeper with your clients

Trauma-informed Inner Work: IFS (Internal Family Systems), Breathwork and Authentic Relating

Certified Rebirthing Breathwork practitioner, trauma-informed facilitator, and IFS-informed therapist. Founder of Expanded States Breathwork™.

I started this work with group facilitation in various modalities (Human Design, Authentic Relating, Breathwork, Meditation…), and from the very first workshop I held, I could see how precious what comes up when we gather together really is. Most of our trauma and heartbreak is shaped in relationship — and so the healing also happens in relationship.

That's what called me to deepen this work and to really focus on safety as the key modality.

Since then I've guided thousands of people into breathwork journeys across Europe and Mexico, and organised retreats, workshops, trainings, and masterclasses along the way.

I've spent years building a breathwork method that takes safety as seriously as depth, so I’m happy to share the foundations on which this is built because I feel like this is the most important part when it comes to any modality you are sharing.

Why I teach this

Trauma-informed foundations didn't just make me a better facilitator - they helped me stand in integrity in this work, to know what I was doing and why, and to be honest about where my scope ended.

I could also observe what was happening to my work and my business - clients kept coming back, again and again.

Whether you work with clients 1:1 or in groups — please know that your rooms don't fill because they are loud. They fill because you are steady and because people feel safe.

These principles are at the basis of that steadiness, and that's why I teach them.

90 minutes. Free. Live. And likely to change how you show up in every session.
